Practices of Violence is a digital space where students get the opportunity to work through a real-life research-process. Mentored by senior scholars, students document, analyse, and discuss practices of (collective) violence.
This way they help build a collaborative plattform that provides resources (for example, introductions into practice theory and violence research, bibliographies, links) on the topic and organises publication.
This network of scholars aims to explore the potential of practice theoretical approaches to violence research in a systematic, historical, regional, and comparative manner.
The project team invites scholars of all backgrounds and all stages of their careers to participate. You will get support with all aspects of writing a contribution for the encyclopaedia. We will further assist those who teach and have their students to take part.
